We all know by now that our Planet is changing; we face serious challenges as individuals and communities. I feel we need to act quickly if we are to have any impact on the process.

The 28 cards are intended as an intensive course of new ideas, tasks and challenges for you and your family. Some of the changes can be introduced quite quickly and some will need a period of time to become fully integrated into your life, perhaps 3 – 6 months. You may attempt the cards in any order that suits you and your family.

All of the cards, require a change in thinking; attitude and habits, I believe that after being accepted into the heart of your family these new ways of living will become as natural to you as breathing.

The cards are brief and to the point, aimed at bringing different ideas and actions to your attention in a simple way, each card has a few website address’s which you are strongly encouraged to follow up and research further, Also please do look at the articles page of my website for lots more information. I have given much attention to keeping the websites to information only sites, I do not want to favour any Eco - Products over others and are not responsible for the content in the websites.

Every person who buys these cards should be able to attempt all of the challenges described. Choosing to make changes to your Personal care products, Household cleaning products and food items, will certainly have a cost associated to it, as will purchasing some basic Eco – equipment, there are many different products at many different prices on the market, you will need to research and experiment to find out what works best for your family.

If you or your family are already meeting some of these challenges, well done!!! Fantastic!!! Keep going, from strength to strength, we all need to evolve in a positive and compassionate way that not only benefits ourselves and our Community, but ultimately the whole Planet.

These cards were designed with the intention that as you come to the end of your Eco – challenge, that you will pass the cards and their message on.
